I love eating but most of us take unbalanced diet. So the simplest menu that all of us can make daily are juice. So here are some simple juice you can make in your own kitchen..

To have a healthy glowing skin take this juice

1. Grape + Strawberry with a pinch of lime
2. Orange + Guava with a pinch of lime

To reduce fatigue, stress or depression
A mix of melon, spinach and grapes.
